Me: No. We're not going to watch any TV today.
Madeline: Peeeaaaaasssss. It's 'ed-juuu-cational.' [translation: educational]
Me: That doesn't matter. We don't need to watch TV every day.
Me again but this time under my breath, or so I thought: Geez...It's amazing the power TV has over kids.
Madeline: That's how God made me.
Me: Huh?
Madeline: He made me to like to watch TV.
Oh, God, how wily....errrr....I mean, wondrous your works.
